Insurance accepted include Medicare Part B, Connecticare and Medicare VIP, Aetna (excluding Aetna Better Health), Wellcare, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield (excluding Anthem J Plan), Fallon Community Health Plan, and Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan. Cash or check will be accepted for private pay, which is $35. Participants must be 18 years or older. Pregnant women; anyone currently receiving radiation, chemotherapy or immunosuppressive therapy; or that has been treated for Hodgkin's disease will need a note from his/her physician in order to be immunized. |
