Johnson Memorial Hospital Auxiliary’s Golf Tournament Benefits Operating Suites, Radiology and Nursing Equipment

The Johnson Memorial Hospital (JMH) Auxiliary's recent Women's Golf Tournament raised $8,000 for JMH's operating suites, radiology and nursing equipment. The annual event, in its 17th year, was sponsored by Tournament Sponsors Enfield Women's Health, the practice of Miri Daly, DNP, and New England Bank; Signature Sponsors Reid & Riege, P.C. and Saint Francis Care; Lunch Sponsors Manchester Honda, Loretta Pilagin, M.D., Nelza Rivera-Competiello, M.D., Rockville Bank, and the female physicians of Connecticut GI; Tee Sponsors Bolles Motors, Connecticut Commercial Realty, Freshwater Veterinary Hospital, Riley's School of Dance, and Maria C. Renna, M.D.; and Cart/Green Sponsors Answer Med, Keating Real Estate, Diane B. Lerz, New England Promotional Marketing, Somers Day Spa, and Specialty Plumbing Supply. The 18th Annual Women's Golf Tournament is planned for June 13, 2013, at which time the JMH Auxiliary will celebrate its centennial. The JMH Auxiliary is now actively recruiting new members. Local residents, both men and women, are encouraged to participate to whatever extent they are willing and able. Auxiliary membership is an opportunity to meet new people, develop a stronger connection with the community, and experience the sense of satisfaction and achievement that comes with volunteerism.
