Miri Daly, A.P.R.N., M.S.

Miri Daly, an advanced practice registered nurse, has been caring for women of this community since 1990. While she met the rigorous education, certification and licensing requirements necessary to offer a vast spectrum of diagnostic and treatment services for women, what her patients appreciate most is her "holistic" approach to medicine. Miri prides herself on establishing meaningful relationships, offering comprehensive office visits focused on both current issues and prevention, and equipping patients with the knowledge and confidence they need to advocate for themselves where health is concerned.

Born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel, Miri received her nursing degree from Hebrew University. After marrying in 1979, she and her husband made their home in the United States, where Miri worked as a registered nurse, became a nurse practitioner at the University of Pennsylvania and earned her master's degree from Saint Joseph College in Hartford. The couple settled in Enfield in 1990, at which time Miri began her local career at Planned Parenthood.

In the years hence, Miri has offered her expertise in two local physician practices. She was an integral part of Johnson Professional Associates in its early years and was immensely well respected by her patients. In 2005, Johnson Health Network (JHN) gladly offered its assistance in helping Miri establish her own private practice.

Although Miri offers most of the services her patients require, including prenatal and postpartum care, she refers to Michael Morosky, M.D., for delivery and surgery. Dr. Morosky, of the highly reputed Connecticut Multispecialty Group (CMG), delivers at Johnson Memorial Hospital's Family Birth Suites at the Nirenberg Center for Women & Infants. The arrangement works well; patients value the consistency of seeing Miri throughout pregnancy and trust her to recommend a great obstetrician.
