Long-Term Care

Evergreen Health Care Center's Long-Term Care Unit is guided by a philosophy of "restorative nursing," which focuses on attaining and maintaining optimal physical, mental and psychosocial functioning. Residents are encouraged to be actively involved in many tasks, according to their abilities, and take part in program designed to build strength, promote socialization, and maintain independence.
